ABOUT WILLIAM
I'm a freelance Foley Artist and Photographer currently based in Toronto, Ontario.
I work in the film industry creating sounds for film and television shows. I'm also a freelance architecture & portrait photographer.

Originally from the East Coast of Canada, I studied at the Vancouver Film School for Sound Design for Visual Media and is where I developed my passion for Foley.
I'm always excited about a new project where I can learn and take my skills to the next level (usually anything involving attacking fruit/vegetables, bashing metal, cracking wood, breaking objects or anything which thereby produces a unique sound, is a bonus!). I welcome anything that puts my creativity to the test and pushes me to discover the endless possibilities of sound.

Also being a photographer has allowed me to expand my creativity in different ways.
Photographing architecture has become such a creative outlet for me within my photography. I am inspired by beautiful spaces, whether it be residential or commercial. Playing with light, shapes, textures and capturing an environment that speaks to someone is something I have great interest in.
With my portrait photography, being able to meet new people and learn about their story is amazing. It's a privilege to be able to photograph these individuals and spend time capturing moments with them.

If you are interested in working together, it would be great to hear from you. Please get in touch and let me know what type of project you have going on.

Cheers!
